1 kg Muffin mix
5-6 eggs (depending on the egg size)
3 dcl vegetable oil
22,5 dcl water
Prepare:
After adding the Muffin mix and eggs mix for 1 minute slow and then for 3 to 4 minutes medium. Add vegetable oil and mix one minute slow. Add water and mix for 2 minutes slow; blend until mixed through. Bake at 190ºC for 20 to 25 minutes.
