Fruit jelly cake

Mix the Gel with water over medium-high heat. Spread whipped cream and fruit on the cooled cake base and cover with the prepared gel.

Cake recipe:

• 6 eggs
• 200 g caster sugar
• 20 g vanilla sugar
• 160 g plain (all purpose) flour
• 40 g corn starch
• 7 g baking powder
• A pinch of salt

Decoration:

• Whipped cream
• Fresh fruits
• 500-700 ml water
• 1 kg Gel with Neutral falvour
