Apricot pie

Preparation

Put half of the dough on a baking sheet. Spread the Apricot Pie Fill. Roll out the second part of the dough, cut into strips and put over the filling. Bake 30 min at 200°C.

Pie crust recipe:
  • 25 dkg flour
  • 5 dkg sugar
  • 15 dkg butter
  • 1 egg
  • 7 g baking powder
  • 10 g vanilla sugar
  • Apricot Pie Fill
