Apple Cake

After adding the Muffin mix and eggs mix for 4 minutes. Add vegetable oil and mix gently for 1 minute. Add water and mix for 2 minutes until combined.

Put the mixture in a mold. Spread the Premium Apple Pie Fill and sprinkle with almond leaves. Bake at 180ºC for 25 minutes.

• 1 kg Muffin mix
• 5-6 eggs (depending on the egg size)
• 3 dcl vegetable oil
• 22,5 dcl water
