Apple and Cheese Cake

Mix the Gel with water over medium-high heat. Spread Apple Pie Fill 70, cubes and Cheese Pie Fill on the cooled cake base and cover with the prepared gel. Decorate with almonds.

• 6 eggs
• 200 g caster sugar
• 20 g vanilla sugar
• 160 g plain (all purpose) flour
• 40 g corn starch
• 7 g baking powder
• A pinch of salt

Decoration:

• Apple Pie Fill 70, cubes
• Cheese Pie Fill
• 250 - 350 ml water
• 500 g Gel with Neutral falvour
